Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the Al-Rayhan website uses and why. Last update: October 2026.

Information you send us

The website has no account and no online payment. When you click "Confirm on WhatsApp", the order, address, area, preferred date and name you typed are placed in a WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. These details are used only to answer you, confirm the price and organise the visit.

Information stored on your device

The calculator remembers your selection and address in your browser (local storage), so you do not lose your order when you change page. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our server. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Location

The "Use my location" button asks your browser for permission. If you accept, your position is used on your device to find your area and to add a map link to your WhatsApp message. It is not stored on our server.

Google Maps

The home and contact pages show a Google Maps map of Al-Rayhan, and the review buttons open Google and Telegram. When the map loads, Google receives technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) and may use cookies, under its own privacy policy. Leaving a review on Google or joining our Telegram group is optional.

Technical data

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. If analytics tools are added later, this page will be updated.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, by WhatsApp.

Contact

For any question about this policy, contact Al-Rayhan on WhatsApp.
